Response time: We aim to reply within 2 business days. Privacy requests are answered within the time stated in our Privacy Policy.

Billing: Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. For receipts, invoices, or payment-method changes, use the link in your Paddle receipt email or visit paddle.net. You can also email us and we'll help.

Cancel any time: Use the "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle email to open the Paddle customer portal, or visit paddle.net. While billing is available, you can also open Account Settings and select "Cancel subscription," which takes you to the Paddle customer portal. You can also email support@acremath.app.
