AcreMath Refund Policy
Effective date: October 28, 2026
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Free trial first: Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with no card required, so you can try AcreMath before you pay.
- 14-day money-back guarantee: Request a refund within 14 days after your first paid charge (Monthly $12 or Annual $120) for a full refund of that charge.
- After that: Later charges, including monthly and annual renewal charges, are non-refundable, and there are no prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except as described in sections 12 and 13 of our Terms of Service (if we remove a material paid feature or stop offering the Service) or where the law or Paddle's policies require otherwise.
- Cancel any time: You can cancel whenever you like in the Paddle customer portal, using the "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle receipt or confirmation email, or at paddle.net. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- How to request a refund: Email support@acremath.app from your account email, or contact Paddle at paddle.net. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle. Paid access ends once a refund is issued.
- Your other rights: This policy does not limit any refund or withdrawal rights you have under law. Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms may give you additional rights, for example a refund where the product cannot be delivered or has a material technical defect, or a statutory withdrawal right if you buy from a country that provides one. Where those give you more rights than this policy, the greater rights apply. We or Paddle may decline refunds in cases of fraud or refund abuse.
