AcreMath Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Juniper North LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as AcreMath ("AcreMath," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use https://acremath.app (the "Service"). AcreMath is offered to users in the United States.
Summary: We collect only what we need to sign you in, bill you through Paddle, keep the Service secure, understand how the site performs, and respond to you. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
1. Information we collect
a. Sign-in information. We offer Google sign-in through our authentication provider Supabase. With Google sign-in, we request only Google's basic openid, email, and profile permissions, and we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account ID. We do not request access to your files, email messages, contacts, or calendar. Before we add any other sign-in method, we will update this policy.
b. Billing information. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and processes all payments. As Merchant of Record, Paddle collects your name, email address, country, payment details, and other checkout information under its own Privacy Notice. We never receive or store your card number or other payment credentials, and we do not store your name or country from Paddle. When you start a paid plan, we send your email address to Paddle to create your Paddle customer record. We store only what we need to give you access and support: your Paddle customer, subscription, price, and transaction IDs; your subscription status and the end date of your current billing period; your plan; the time and version of the terms you agreed to at checkout; and technical details of each billing event from Paddle (its event ID and time, and whether it was a live or test event).
c. Your deals. The deals and notes you enter are currently stored only in your own browser (local storage) on your device. We do not receive or back them up. When we launch cloud storage through Supabase, your deals will be stored on our servers so they can sync. We will update this policy before that happens. Addresses or parcels you look up may be sent to public data services (see section 3).
d. Messages and requests you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you include, and whatever you write. If you use our privacy request form, we receive the type of request, your email address, your name and state if you give them, and your message, and we keep a record of the request so we can respond to it.
e. Technical and security information. Like most websites, our servers and providers automatically log information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, timestamps, and error data. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. Turnstile processes signals such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint, and browser user-agent. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
f. Website analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, and no other analytics service, to understand how many people visit the site and how fast our pages load. It works through a small script (a "beacon") that runs when a page loads. According to Cloudflare's documentation, it collects page views and visits; the page path, host, and referring site; the visitor's country, browser, operating system, and device type; and page-load and performance timing (including Core Web Vitals). Cloudflare states that Web Analytics "does not use any client-side state, such as cookies or localStorage, to collect usage metrics," does not "fingerprint" individuals by IP address or user-agent, and does not log query strings. As with any web request, your browser's IP address is visible to Cloudflare when the beacon loads and reports. We see only aggregated reports. Cloudflare says it keeps unsampled beacon data for 7 days and then aggregates it, and that reports are available for the previous six months. Sources: Cloudflare Web Analytics, About, Dimensions, Core Web Vitals, and FAQ, checked October 21, 2026. Many ad blockers block the beacon; that does not affect your use of AcreMath.
g. Cookies and browser storage. We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising, and we do not use any advertising or tracking technology. We use only the browser storage and cookies that are needed to keep you signed in (session tokens), remember your settings, store your deals locally, and protect the Service from bots and abuse (our security providers, such as Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary security cookies). Because these are strictly necessary for the Service, there is no analytics or advertising cookie to opt out of.
2. How we use information
- To create and secure your account and sign you in
- To provide the Service, including running calculations and public-data lookups
- To manage your trial and subscription, and to send receipts, renewal reminders, and service notices
- To answer support requests and feedback
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and bots, and to fix bugs
- To measure site traffic and page performance in aggregate (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms
We do not sell personal information, "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it to determine credit-worthiness. We do not use sign-in data from Google or other providers for advertising.
3. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run AcreMath, and only as needed:
- Paddle: checkout, payments, tax, invoicing, subscription management, refunds
- Supabase: authentication and account data (sign-in email and basic Google profile information), and planned database storage
- Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery (Cloudflare Workers), database storage (Cloudflare D1 and Workers KV) for billing records, checkout consent records, and privacy requests, security, Turnstile bot protection, and cookieless website analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
- Google: to authenticate you if you choose Google sign-in
- Public data and map services: when you look up or view a location, the address, coordinates, or map area involved is sent to the service that provides the result. These services are FEMA (National Flood Hazard Layer); the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (National Wetlands Inventory, and Critical Habitat, which is served from Esri's ArcGIS Online); USDA NRCS (Soil Data Access); EPA (Facility Registry Service); USGS (Elevation Point Query Service); the U.S. Census Bureau (Geocoder); and OpenFreeMap (map tiles). Where your browser contacts a service directly, that service also receives your IP address and standard browser information. We do not send your name or email to these services.
- Our email service provider: to receive and reply to email you send us, including support and privacy requests
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. In a sale of assets, we will give notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Google user data. AcreMath's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We will use Google sign-in data only to authenticate you and to manage your account. We will not transfer it to others except to the service providers listed above as needed to provide the Service, to comply with law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We will not use it for advertising, and we will not sell it.
4. How long we keep information
- Account and sign-in data: while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to delete your account, unless we must keep it longer
- Billing records: kept by Paddle and by us as long as tax and accounting law requires, and by us for 7 years
- Checkout consent records: at least 3 years, or 1 year after your subscription ends, whichever is longer
- Support emails and privacy-request records: 24 months
- Server and security logs: 90 days
- Deals in local storage: stay on your device until you delete them or clear your browser data
5. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, reputable providers, and access controls to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so please protect your sign-in accounts. Because deals are currently stored in your browser, anyone with access to your device and browser may be able to see them.
6. Your choices and rights
Anyone can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete their personal information by emailing support@acremath.app with the subject "Privacy Request," or by using our privacy request form. Because AcreMath operates exclusively online and has a direct relationship with its users, email is our designated method for privacy requests, and the form is an additional option. We will verify your request, usually by confirming that you control the email address associated with your account or subscription, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask them for proof of authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond within 45 days.
You can also delete local deals by clearing your browser's site data for acremath.app, and you can disconnect AcreMath from your Google account in your Google account settings.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): In the past 12 months, we collected identifiers (email address, Paddle customer and subscription IDs, IP address, and, if you use Google sign-in, your name and Google account ID), commercial information (plan, subscription, and transaction records via Paddle), and internet or other electronic network activity (server logs, security signals, and aggregated website analytics) for the purposes in section 2. We collected this information from you, from Paddle, from Google if you use Google sign-in, and automatically from your browser. We disclosed them to the service providers in section 3 for business purposes. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. You have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing (not applicable here), and to limit use of sensitive personal information (not applicable here). Submit requests as described above.
Other U.S. states: Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and others) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their data, and to appeal a denial. Use the same process above. We provide these rights to all U.S. users, whether or not a particular state law applies to us.
7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not sell or share personal information or engage in targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request where state law requires it. Browsers' "Do Not Track" signals have no common standard, and we do not track you across other websites.
8. Children
AcreMath is for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 18 for account holders). If you believe a child has given us information, email support@acremath.app and we will delete it.
9. Users outside the United States
AcreMath is designed for U.S. land and U.S. users. If you access it from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data protection laws.
10. Changes
We will post any update here with a new effective date. If a change is material, including any new use of Google or other sign-in data, we will notify you by email or in the Service, and ask for your consent where required, before the change applies to you.
